A few years ago, I resolved to take better care of my physical wellbeing. This involved near-daily exercise and a little more consideration of what I eat and drink.
Towards the end of 2018, facing a very low mental and emotional state, I resolved to take more care of my mental wellbeing. This involved near-daily mindfulness exercises or guided meditation. I took up learning languages and music, and tried to keep a sharp and engaged mind. I’m happy to say it has produced positive results for me. Continue reading
